Description
Stream Data Centers is hiring a Critical Engineering Technician for an overnight critical-facilities operations and maintenance role. The technician performs hands-on preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance; monitors and troubleshoots electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, cooling, power, fire/life-safety, security, and building-management systems; executes CMMS work orders; analyzes BMS and facility efficiency data; writes and executes MOPs, SOPs, and EOPs; coordinates contractors and vendors; and responds to on-call emergencies. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of critical-environment experience, strong safety and critical-infrastructure knowledge, and the ability to work rotating 12-hour overnight shifts in a physically demanding environment.
