The role delivers technical training to Critical Environment technicians in datacenters, supports training needs analysis and procedural change management, and coaches learners in their career development. It is an on-site datacenter position with limited work-from-home opportunities and requires a bachelor's degree plus two or more years of relevant training, education, critical-environment, cloud, datacenter, server, or computer-technology experience, or equivalent experience.
