Description

Microsoft is hiring a Critical Environment Technician to maintain and operate critical infrastructure in data centers, including electrical, mechanical, cooling, controls, HVAC, fire and life-safety systems. The role performs planned, predictive, corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, inspections, vendor coordination, incident response, telemetry monitoring, and documentation, while working 12-hour shifts, occasionally traveling, and following safety and security requirements. A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required; an associate degree, technical trade certification, or relevant experience is preferred.
