Microsoft is hiring a Critical Environment Program Manager to oversee the availability, safety, and operational performance of mechanical and electrical infrastructure in leased datacenters. The role manages preventive and corrective maintenance, uptime and risk mitigation, change and incident management, safety compliance, emergency response, vendor and landlord partnerships, regional escalations, and data-driven efficiency initiatives. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, datacenter or critical-environment experience, relevant infrastructure knowledge, formal change and maintenance controls, root-cause analysis experience, and regular regional travel. The position is based at leased datacenter sites, may include remote support, and offers a typical base pay range of €52,800 to €89,200 per year in Spain.
