Microsoft is hiring a Critical Environment Program Manager to oversee the availability, safety, and operational performance of mechanical and electrical infrastructure in leased datacenters. The role manages preventive and corrective maintenance, uptime and risk mitigation, change and incident management, safety compliance, emergency response, vendor and landlord partnerships, regional escalations, and data-driven efficiency initiatives. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent with 7+ years of datacenter or critical-environment experience, or 10+ years of industry experience with college coursework, plus 5+ years in critical-environment infrastructure. The position is based at leased datacenter sites with regular regional travel and ongoing applications until the role is filled.
