Microsoft is hiring a Datacenter Critical Environment Technician Manager to lead a team of technicians responsible for operating and maintaining the electrical, mechanical, cooling, controls, and power-generation infrastructure supporting Microsoft's datacenters. The role includes people leadership, maintenance planning, incident response, vendor and contractor management, technical guidance, and safety and compliance oversight. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent with mission-critical services experience, extensive equivalent experience, people-management experience, and experience with critical electrical or mechanical infrastructure. The typical base pay range in France is €53,600 to €99,100 per year, and applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.
