Description
Salute is hiring a Critical Facilities Engineering Manager to serve as the on-site technical and operational authority for mission-critical data center infrastructure. Reporting to the Data Center Manager, the role leads the on-site engineering team and oversees electrical, mechanical, and life-safety operations, maintenance, incident management, vendor coordination, compliance, safety, and performance reporting. The position requires 5–7 years of experience in mission-critical mechanical and electrical environments, expertise in high-availability systems, formal electrical training, AP15 training, and experience as an HV Authorized Person. The base salary is $125,000–$140,000 per year, with medical, dental, vision, HSA, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
