Prime Data Centers is hiring a Critical Facility Manager to lead the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of mission-critical data center facilities. The role oversees electrical, mechanical, fire and life safety systems; daily operations and maintenance; Operations Technicians; vendors; capital projects; compliance; and continuous improvement in a 24/7 environment. Candidates need at least five years of data center or mission-critical facility experience, a technical degree or equivalent experience, leadership and project management skills, and CPR/First Aid and NFPA 70E certification or the ability to obtain it. The position offers a salary of $130,000-$165,000, fully employer-paid medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability coverage, a 401(k) match, and paid time off.
