Description
Apple is hiring a Facilities Operations Center (FOC) Operator to monitor and control critical data center infrastructure, including electrical power, building management, fire and life safety, generator, and facility network systems. The role leads incident management, responds to alarms, maintains logs and reports, performs facility rounds, coordinates with vendors and contractors, and supports maintenance activities. It requires at least two years of experience with EPMS, BMS, and/or FLS controls, critical facilities or mission-critical operations experience, maintenance management tool experience, and the ability to work 12-hour shifts including graveyard, weekend, and holiday shifts, with overtime as needed.
