Aligned Data Centers is hiring a Critical Facilities Technician in Hillsboro, Oregon to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and monitor critical and non-critical mechanical and electrical systems in 24/7 data center facilities. The role includes HVAC, plumbing, generators, fire detection and suppression, building management systems, electrical operations, preventive and corrective maintenance, emergency response, contractor oversight, and work-order documentation. Candidates need a high school diploma and 3–5 years of electrical or mechanical critical facilities experience, or 7+ years as an HVAC or mechanical/electrical technician; electrical or mechanical certifications are preferred. The position pays $35.00–$45.00 hourly and may require overtime, 12-hour shifts, and day, night, weekend, or holiday work.
