TEKsystems is hiring a permanent Critical Facilities Technician for a client in the Frederick, Maryland area. The role performs preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on critical and non-critical equipment, including HVAC, electrical distribution, generators, fire detection and suppression, building management systems, and digital systems. The technician also responds to emergencies, monitors building operations, coordinates maintenance work, and works 12-hour shifts, including day, night, weekend, and holiday work. The position is fully onsite and pays $72,800 to $93,600 per year, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
