Description
The Controls Field Engineer provides hands-on engineering ownership for complex controls issues in data centers and other mission-critical facilities. The role leads post-event analysis, develops corrective actions and engineering standards, standardizes controls logic and code, designs and validates retrofit projects, troubleshoots BMS, EPMS, PLC, SCADA, and other industrial systems, and supports pilots and field escalations. It requires a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, at least four years of controls experience, and at least two years of hands-on industrial automation experience. The position may be performed remotely and requires travel to operating facilities as needed.
