Description
Flexential is hiring an entry-level Data Center Maintenance Technician to perform preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and HVAC equipment across assigned data centers. The role includes 24x7 on-call and facility operations support, equipment monitoring, troubleshooting, blueprint and SOP interpretation, change management, disaster-recovery exercises, commissioning assistance, and off-hours maintenance. Candidates need at least one year of data center experience, root-cause analysis and troubleshooting experience, building automation experience, critical infrastructure experience, applicable military or trade experience, and knowledge of data center electrical and mechanical systems. The position offers an estimated hourly base pay of $31.00–$33.00 and medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
