Description
Takeda is hiring a full-time regular employee to lead IT infrastructure for the Narita Technical Center, covering servers, networks, security, OT, virtualization, databases, backup and disaster recovery, and shopfloor endpoint services. The role leads infrastructure design, implementation, operations, upgrades, vendor management, and GxP-compliant quality and risk activities, while collaborating across departments and global teams. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field, substantial IT infrastructure experience, OT infrastructure knowledge, leadership and vendor-management experience, and business-level Japanese with practical English.
