Description
The Critical Operations Coordinator supports the Critical Operations Manager in operating a hyperscale data center by coordinating third-party facility management and vendor activities, tracking maintenance and site-improvement tasks, supporting budgets and procurement, maintaining records and training documentation, assisting with audits and incident reporting, and coordinating soft services. The role requires 1–3 years of experience supporting operations, facilities, or vendor management in a data center or similar environment, familiarity with data center or mission-critical environments, preventive-maintenance experience, vendor-coordination experience, intermediate English communication, and Microsoft Office proficiency. The role may require weekend, late-night, holiday, and on-call support.
