STACK is hiring a full-time Critical Operations Manager to lead critical operations and the Critical Operations team in a data center. The role oversees safe and continuous facility operations, electrical and mechanical equipment maintenance, scheduled maintenance, customer and supplier relationships, safety compliance, operational documentation, and critical incident response. Candidates need at least five years of industrial maintenance experience, engineering education, strong safety and communication skills, and fluency in Italian and English. The position offers a gross annual salary of €65,000–€75,000 plus a performance bonus, along with meal vouchers, welfare, health insurance, and pension access.
