Description

STACK is hiring a Critical Operations Manager to support a local data center campus in Seika-cho, Kyoto Prefecture, Japan. Reporting to the Site Operations Manager, the role leads critical facilities operations, including electrical, mechanical, fire life safety, maintenance, monitoring, vendor and procurement management, budgeting, training, incident analysis, compliance, and customer support. The position requires 5–7 years of data center or related mission-critical operations experience, facility preventative maintenance and vendor/project management experience, and on-call availability; it is based on-site with very minimal travel.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 5–7 years of data center or related mission-critical operations experience

Preferred Qualifications: Trade license or certification in electrical or mechanical trades
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Business-level English communication skills
