Description

Viant Technology is seeking a technically skilled and process-oriented CRM Administrator to oversee and optimize their CRM ecosystem. The role involves owning the organization's Panel-facing CRM, designing scalable operational processes, and leveraging automation and AI to improve efficiency, data quality, and the panelist experience. The administrator will collaborate with various teams to translate business needs into scalable system solutions, monitor system performance, create dashboards, and ensure alignment with organizational policies.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 3–7 years of experience in CRM administration, systems management, operations technology, or a related technical operations role.
Preferred Qualifications: Hands-on experience administering CRM platforms and building workflow automations.
Experience designing scalable operational processes and lifecycle automations.
Experience with AI tools, automation platforms, and intelligent workflow solutions, with the ability to identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
Experience working with APIs, system integrations, or low-code/no-code automation platforms.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects independently.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
