TPIS is hiring a full-time CRM Business Analyst to lead CRM and software development projects, translate business requirements into technical solutions, coordinate development teams, oversee integrations and deployments, and drive continuous improvement. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least five years of CRM, software development, or programming experience, proficiency in at least three listed technologies, and intermediate English and Spanish communication skills. It is initially 100% on-site, with a hybrid schedule available after six months, and offers an annual salary starting at $65,000 plus medical, life insurance, retirement, sick days, and PTO benefits.
