Immediate is seeking a Director of CRM & CRO for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will oversee the CRM/Customer Journey team, developing and executing strategies to enhance customer acquisition and retention, boost advertising revenues, and optimize traffic referrals. This role involves driving anonymous-to-known customer journeys, improving engagement, and collaborating with various internal teams such as Brand Owners and Product & Tech. The director will also be responsible for setting performance targets, optimizing budgets, and leveraging data-driven decisions using CRM platforms and marketing analytics.
