NETCONOMY is hiring a CRM Consultant to advise customers on the implementation of CRM solutions, including SAP Intelligent Sales and Service Cloud. The role covers pre-sales strategy, solution design, requirements analysis, configuration, integrations, and customer training, while supporting development teams and pursuing integrated customer-experience and ERP solutions. Candidates need at least three years of CRM and technical-systems experience, strong sales and service-process knowledge, cloud and integration skills, German and English communication ability, and willingness to travel approximately 15% to 20% of the time.
