RDT is hiring a Salesforce Adoption Specialist to drive Salesforce adoption across its sales network. The role translates sales processes into Salesforce configuration, supports consistent and efficient use, provides training and operational guidance, monitors data quality and reporting, documents processes, and coordinates functional improvements with IT and Salesforce Administration. The position requires experience supporting CRM implementation and operations, strong process and training skills, analytical ability, fluent English communication, and occasional travel.
