Description

Data-Core Systems Inc. is seeking an experienced CRM Lead consultant to support a roadway-system client’s digital transformation involving SAP BRIM and Microsoft Dynamics CE. The role leads CRM, portal, and web-application delivery; architects and builds Microsoft CE customizations and integrations; manages and mentors CRM and full-stack developers; supports data migration, AI and machine-learning applications, contact-center solutions, and documentation; and advises client leadership. The position requires extensive Microsoft CE, CRM, .NET, JavaScript, Python, React, SSIS, Reporting Services, Azure AI, and integration experience, along with FastTrack solution-architect and project-delivery experience.

2 years of Azure AI and machine-learning experience for Microsoft D365 CE business applications
2 certified FastTrack business-application projects

Hands-on Dynamics Contact Center solution deployment
