Bredin Prat is hiring a CRM Manager on a permanent contract to report to the Marketing and Communications Department and lead the deployment of a new CRM and connected solutions. The role covers CRM strategy, configuration, user adoption, training, data migration, platform operations, data quality and analysis, client reporting, business-development support, and supervision of a CRM Assistant. Candidates need a Bac+5 degree in digital marketing, information systems, or project management, at least 8 years of CRM experience primarily in a B2B consulting environment, and experience launching a CRM solution through go-live and post-deployment monitoring.
