Doonails is hiring a CRM Manager to own and scale its Klaviyo customer communications across six markets. The role covers campaign planning, welcome, abandoned-cart, browse-abandonment, winback, retention, subscription, and reactivation flows; segmentation and lifecycle logic; AI-assisted workflow automation; product-launch sequences; and performance reporting. Candidates need at least four years of CRM or email-marketing experience, automation and segmentation expertise, analytical ability, and strong German and English communication skills.
