Tripadvisor is hiring a remote CRM Manager for the United States East Coast to lead full-funnel CRM marketing initiatives. The role develops and executes campaigns across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and onsite experiences; aligns with product and marketing teams; segments and personalizes audiences; optimizes customer journeys; and uses analytics and AI/ML tools to improve engagement, conversion, and retention. Candidates should have 3–5 years of CRM or lifecycle marketing experience, strong analytical and project-management skills, and cross-functional collaboration abilities. The position offers a base salary of $120,000–$140,000 USD plus bonuses and other benefits.
