Description
The employer is seeking a CRM Operations Specialist for a pharmaceutical client. The role develops and implements local CRM concepts, monitors CRM metrics and data quality, supports sales-process changes and system releases, improves CRM workflows, maintains SOPs, manages JIRA optimization requests, and coordinates integrations across medical, e-commerce, wholesale, and hospital sales environments. The position requires a relevant degree, CRM and sales-operations experience, Salesforce knowledge, data-analysis skills, JIRA experience, and fluent German and English; a German work permit is mandatory.
