Primark is hiring a CRM Operations Projects Officer (Specialist) to lead end-to-end CRM automation projects in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, testing, launch, optimisation, governance, and cross-functional coordination. The role translates CRM strategy into scalable automated customer journeys, supports CRM Operations Coordinators, monitors automation performance, and drives continuous improvement. Candidates need CRM operations or marketing automation experience, Salesforce Marketing Cloud expertise, email development skills, SQL or similar query knowledge, analytical and communication abilities, and experience supporting governance and junior team guidance.
