Description
InPost is hiring a CRM Operations Specialist to configure and improve CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Microsoft Dynamics 365; build automations and integrations with Zapier, Make.com, and Google Cloud Platform; translate APM deployment workflows into CRM processes; maintain data quality; create dashboards and reports; gather requirements; and support documentation, training, and CRM queries. The role requires 2–4 years of CRM administration or operations experience, 2+ years of workflow automation experience, strong data hygiene and integration knowledge, fluent Polish and English, and a relevant degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
