Preventive Measures is hiring a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner – Mental Health to provide outpatient psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, medication management, counseling, referrals, and care coordination for children, adolescents, and adults. The role requires a valid RN and CRNP license in Pennsylvania, DEA prescribing authority, at least one year of mental health or psychiatric experience, PMHNP-BC certification, and a master’s or doctoral nursing degree. The position also requires familiarity with EHR systems and telehealth platforms, strong diagnostic and communication skills, and collaboration with multidisciplinary treatment teams.
