Description
The CROP Part-Time Instructor provides middle and high school tutoring, subject-specific instruction, academic support, and enrichment for the College Reach-Out Program. Responsibilities include lesson planning, assessment preparation, individualized and small-group tutoring, progress monitoring, communication with students and families, and participation in program events. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, experience supporting diverse learners, knowledge of Florida reading and mathematics standards, and the ability to adapt to flexible program hours.
