Horizon Farm Credit is recruiting a Crop Insurance Agent to serve farmers with crop insurance and risk-management products, develop new and existing business, service policies, collect premiums, report claims, and promote related Farm Credit services. The role is available in Denton, Maryland; Georgetown, Delaware; or Dover, Delaware, with a hybrid work schedule, and requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience plus two to five years of related experience. Compensation is $51,900 to $91,600 annually, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and other benefits.
