Horizon Farm Credit is recruiting a Crop Insurance Agent to serve farmers with crop insurance and risk-management products across the Denton, Maryland; Georgetown, Delaware; and Dover, Delaware branch areas. The role involves developing new and existing business, educating customers, servicing policies, collecting premiums, reporting claims, promoting related services, and participating in business development and public relations. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field and two to five years of related experience, with a Property & Casualty Insurance license required within 90 days of hire. The position offers a hybrid schedule and full-time benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, with a salary range of $51,900 to $91,600.
