Description
Compeer Financial is hiring a Crop Insurance Intern to support its Crop Insurance team by learning crop insurance products, entering data into AIP systems, preparing and mailing marketing materials, and protecting client confidentiality. The internship is full-time through the summer of 2027, based in the Mankato or Lakeville, Minnesota office, and offers a hybrid model with up to 50% work from home. Applicants should be pursuing an associate or bachelor’s degree in agriculture, business, or a related field; knowledge of agriculture and agricultural operations is preferred. The base pay is $19–$27 USD per hour, and the employer does not sponsor employment visas.
