Compeer Financial is hiring a Crop Insurance Intern to work full-time through the summer of 2027 from its Fond du Lac, Wisconsin office. The intern will support the Crop Insurance team by learning crop insurance products, entering data into AIP systems, preparing and mailing marketing materials, and protecting client confidentiality. The role is paid at $19–$27 USD per hour, requires an associate or bachelor’s degree in agriculture, business, or a related field, and offers a hybrid work arrangement with up to 50% work from home.
