Citi is hiring a full-time Data Transfer Specialist to support global transfer clearance activities across privacy, bank secrecy, data localization, outsourcing, and related regulatory domains. The role manages intake, review, approval, workflow, throughput, backlog, SLAs, and reporting; contributes to process improvement and scalable, audit-ready workflows; applies regulatory frameworks and risk-based judgment; and partners with technology, business, legal, compliance, and risk teams. Candidates need 6+ years of experience in regulatory, compliance, data governance, legal, or operational roles within financial services or large global organizations, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and familiarity with data governance or cross-border data frameworks. The position offers a base salary of $111,600 to $161,600.
