Description
The City of Kent is hiring a full-time Cross-Connection Control Assistant to support its drinking water system by conducting water use surveys, performing and assisting with cross-connection and backflow inspections, investigating suspected backflow, maintaining inspection records, coordinating testing schedules, responding to customer complaints, and supporting related public works and environmental programs. The role requires a relevant bachelor’s degree or technical education, two years of program management, inspection, or customer service experience, one year of water use survey and cross-connection inspection experience, and Cross-Connection Control Specialist Certification. The position is open until filled and pays $6,902.00–$8,417.00 per month.
