Description
Mercado Envíos is seeking a Cross-Docking Operations Manager to lead and optimize cross-docking center operations, manage inventory accuracy and delivery SLAs, oversee KPIs and improvement projects, standardize processes, and guide the growth of the distribution network. The role requires a degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, at least six years of supervisory or management experience in distribution centers, cross-dock facilities, or transportation/courier companies, advanced WMS and TMS proficiency, knowledge of Lean, 5S, and Kaizen, and familiarity with BI tools and advanced Excel.
