HSBC is hiring a Cross-Functional Design Programme Manager to lead end-to-end cross-functional design programmes within Global Payments Solutions. The role coordinates Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Data, and Architecture to deliver customer-centred outcomes, establishes governance and decision rights, manages dependencies and risks, reports to senior stakeholders, and identifies opportunities for responsible AI and automation. Candidates should have experience delivering complex cross-functional design or transformation programmes in financial services, ideally payments or transaction banking, along with strong programme management, stakeholder, facilitation, and decision-making skills.
