Description
AppleCare Technologies is hiring a Cross-Functional Quality Engineer to plan and lead enterprise-scale, cross-functional testing across complex AppleCare projects. The role owns shift-left quality strategy, risk-based testing, test automation, Generative AI and AIML quality workflows, large-scale UAT, integration, regression, and performance testing, test environments, requirements traceability, stakeholder alignment, and quality capability development. Candidates need at least five years of enterprise quality engineering and cross-functional testing experience, along with expertise in risk-based testing, automation, system architecture, and Generative AI or AIML.
