Cross-Trained Agent at Cape Air

Cross-trained agents at Cape Air are responsible for performing various roles including checking in passengers and baggage, making reservations, providing boarding announcements, assisting passengers with special needs, handling remote reservations, sharing information with pilots and ramp staff via radio, organizing reports, managing baggage issues, ensuring compliance with regulations, meeting aircraft, fueling planes, loading/unloading passengers and luggage, and escorting passengers. They also perform additional duties as assigned.
