Cross Trained Agent at Cape Air

Cape Air is hiring seasonal Cross-Trained Agents to work until August 2026. After training, the agent must be willing and able to work Ticket, Operations, and Ramp Agent positions at an assigned station. The role combines passenger check-in, reservations, boarding, special-needs assistance, radio communications, ticket and cash reporting, baggage handling, aircraft marshaling, fueling, and passenger boarding duties. Applicants must be at least 18, hold a high school diploma or equivalent, have basic computer skills, strong communication and customer-service abilities, and be able to lift up to 70 pounds; airline work and reservation-system experience are preferred.
