Cross Trained Agent at Cape Air

The cross-trained agent performs ticket, operations, and ramp duties at an assigned station, including passenger check-in and baggage handling, reservations and rebooking, boarding announcements, special-needs assistance, aircraft marshaling, fueling, loading and unloading passengers and baggage, and handling delayed or missing baggage. The role requires airline work and reservation-system experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer and communication skills, customer-service ability, physical ability to lift up to 70 pounds, schedule flexibility, and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
