Rhythm is hiring a seasonal Crossover Instructor in Niseko, Japan, for the contract term of December 1, 2026 through April 11, 2027. The role delivers on-mountain ski and snowboard instruction across group and private lessons, kids programs, and resort guiding, while providing guest service and maintaining mountain safety. Applicants must have native or fluent English, at least Level 2 skiing ability, two seasons of recognized snowsports-teaching experience, a full driver's licence, and legal work eligibility in Japan; sponsorship is available in Hakuba, while Niseko accepts working holiday visa or Japanese work-rights holders. Compensation depends on experience.
