Netflix Animation Studios is hiring a Crowds Supervisor to lead crowds work for an upcoming feature film. The role oversees character crowds simulations, background performances, and large-scale crowd moments; mentors crowds artists and technical directors; defines visual and technical standards; collaborates with animation, effects, layout, environments, and other production departments; develops crowd tools and workflows; and troubleshoots technical and artistic challenges. The position is based in Sydney, Australia, with a hybrid arrangement requiring at least three days per week in the office.
