Ergatis Personalmanagement GmbH is hiring a Plant Operator to work at 5303 Thalgau I starting immediately. The role operates and monitors mobile and stationary crushing and screening plants, performs minor maintenance and cleaning, checks material quality and plant performance, supports recycling operations, and complies with safety and environmental requirements. The position requires outdoor work, prior experience with construction machinery or technical plants, a Class B driver’s license, German language skills at least at B1, and willingness to work overtime. The schedule is 39 hours per week, Monday through Thursday from 07:00 to 17:00 and Friday from 07:00 to 15:00. Compensation is at least €3,187.59 gross per month without a trade qualification or €3,475.51 gross per month with a trade qualification, including allowances.
