Description
The CryoPDP Operations Supervisor oversees compliant and efficient temperature-controlled pharmaceutical and healthcare shipments, including domestic and export operations, cold-chain monitoring, regulatory compliance, documentation, customer service, performance reporting, and process improvement. The role leads Logistics Coordinators, coordinates with logistics service providers and global partners, supports audits and inspections, and may require occasional after-hours coverage, overtime, holidays, weekends, and emergency response.
