Xcimer Energy is hiring a full-time, onsite Cryophysicist for its Fill and Injection Station Team in Denver, Colorado. The role leads experimental and theoretical design, characterization, and optimization of ultra-low-temperature systems, including target-filling experiments, COMSOL and Python modeling, thermal transport, fluid flow, and materials interactions. The Cryophysicist will collaborate with national laboratories and universities, manage test stands and research artifacts, and support rapid prototyping and system integration. The position requires a master’s degree plus three years of experience or a related PhD, along with expertise in cryophysics, cryogenic systems, modeling, and laboratory work.
