Cryptography & Key Management Security Engineer at Capco

Capco is hiring a Cryptography & Key Management Security Engineer to manage cryptographic keys, digital certificates, and application secrets in complex financial-services environments. The role operates HSM and other cryptographic platforms, supports key ceremonies and PKI lifecycle activities, investigates security incidents, and contributes to automation, compliance, post-quantum cryptography, crypto agility, and platform integration. It requires at least five years of relevant security, cryptography, PKI, infrastructure, or key-management experience, with financial-services or highly regulated-environment experience strongly valued. The position is hybrid in Belgium, with approximately 50% on-site and 50% remote work, and flexibility to work at client locations when required.
