Description
ASML is hiring an EUV Customer Service Technician to perform repair, troubleshooting, hardware replacement, upgrades, installation, preventive maintenance, system verification, and tool recovery for EUV mass-production systems at customer sites. The role includes routine inspections, calibration and performance verification, spare-part traceability, safety and cleanroom compliance, documentation and handover, customer communication, root cause analysis, continuous improvement, knowledge transfer, and flexible travel or shift/weekend support.
